Making Your PC Work Better

Because of circumstances beyond our control, the program previously scheduled will not be presented. New program:

1. LACS Member Charlie Semple: Review which Windows XP processes can be safely shutdown to improve security and performance and which must not be shutdown.

2. LACS Karl Springer: Free utilites, e.g. fill out and save PDF forms, something which the Adobe Reader cannot do; system optimization and privacy tool to remove unused files; finding & deleting duplicate files.

Between 6:00 - 6:50 PM we have a Computer Forum, an informal Q&A where members and visitors share with and help one another.  Notes from past forums.

All attendees are invited to a post-meeting get-together at Dinah's Family Restaurant.
