Subject: "Digital Cameras for Newbies"
When: Tuesday, January 11, 2005, 7:00 - 9:00 PM
Where: Methodist Fellowship Hall

So, Santa brought a Digital Camera. What now?

The Digital Photo Guy (TDPG), a.k.a. Lee Otsubo,
<http://www.thedigitalphotoguy.com/>, returns to remind us how
to use and enjoy our Digital Cameras without angst. His
presentation will focus on basics and terminology. Lee uses
humor and lively anecdotes to emphasize important points. The
information is useful and interesting for new and experienced
users. Lee takes the mystery out of using a digital camera by
telling you to "do this, do that; push this, push that," and
covers some photo composition tips so you can quickly and easily
add "pizzazz" to your photos.

After the presentation, Lee will have several digital
camera-related, multimedia, instructional CDs (Compact Disks)
available for purchase.

Open to the public. Bring a friend. Come and learn with us.

Note: The Computer Forum for beginners and advanced users starts
at 6:00 PM.

All attendees are invited to attend a post-meeting get-together
at Dinah's Diner, <http://www.lacspc.org/sigs/dinahs.htm>.
